Okay...it's been a long time since I've posted on my blog but life has been really busy. Husband has been sick so much, in and out of the hospital, conferences at school, graduations, soccer, soccer, and more soccer...and too many recitals to name.
I just HAD to post today though. I've been playing the M&M's Movie cash game for a while and I won quite a few times, so I was saving up to take the entire family to go see Kung Fu Panda 2. We wound up going to the AMC Theater in Waldorf. I don't go the movies much just because you can typically control your own kids but you never really know how others (young and old) are going to act. And the movies are too expensive to pay for and not get to enjoy the movie, ya know? Okay, if I was doing a review on the Theater it would get a thumbs up from me. They were so very helpful with everything, and let me use my Movie Cash at the concession stand as well. That really rocked! The only thing we didn't enjoy was sticking to the floors of the theater, but that's pretty standard I guess for any movie theater. Onto the Movie...I LOVED Kung Fu Panda, and I'm a huge Jack Black fan. I also Love Lucy Lui, Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, and the rest of the cast...there are so many stars in this movie. Once you have a hit it's typically hard to follow with another that is just as good. Not for DreamWorks, this was a FANTASTIC movie, for the young and old. It's filled with lots for the kiddos and lots for the grown ups too! And this was my first experience with a 3-d Movie. I didn't think it was such a big deal when I first heard of it, but let me tell you.....IT'S AWESOME, and totally worth the extra $3.00 they tack onto the movie price. They really look like they are coming at you, and it is not like back in the day with the red and blue paper glasses we used to wear to watch what they used to call a 3-d movie.
Just when you think the movie is coming to a close, they show you a little something to let you know that there is going to be a Kung Fu Panda 3!! I was like grrrrr...I wasn't ready to leave, I just wanted to see more. I just LOVE it!!!
Skadoosh!!!
Who wouldn't love a big cuddly panda?

Coupon Crazy
Okay after months of falling behind on my couponing I decided after today I was NO longer going to be behind. I've spent months trying to organize just the right couponing system for myself. So far so good right? I found a really nice zippered day runner type organizer at the thrift store practically brand new and unused. I spent less than 4 dollars for it. Then I wanted to organize it with pockets from Staples and I bought 3 packs of them, but I used my Staples rewards from turning in my recycled ink. So after months of planning and organizing and clipping my stack of coupons I placed them in my book today...ONLY TO REALIZE THAT I CAN'T CLOSE MY ORGANIZER NOW!!! So as I was saying the past few months that I'm not rolling with the big dogs (all those coupon Divas) and carrying around a large notebook...ha ha...looks like I'm going to have to totally reorganize my book into a LARGE one. O well, at least I've got all my coupons clipped and separated. Now if I could only find some money to go shopping?????

Awesome Deal Finds from Hasbro & Playskool
Only have a moment to blog, still drowning in wash, coupons to clip and a house to clean. This morning found some GREAT deals from Hasbro & Playskool. You know it's never too early to start Christmas shopping, it always seems to creep up on me and I'll not have any money to shop. Toys R us in particular has a LPS & Blythe doll set on sale for 8.99 and you can use the 5.00 off coupon from here and get it for 3.99. That is an AWESOME buy. They have lots of other goodies too!

Happy Monday! How to turn your Pillow Case into a Sleeping Bag
Okay it's early and I'm in a good mood so I thought I'd start the day off right with a little post about my little man. If you didn't know I'm NOT a morning person so this is very unusual for me. Last night Jayden decided he was going to go "night, night" right in the middle of the hall and a pillow case was going to be his sleeping bag.
I just adore him! The second picture is him pretending to snore and go to sleep. Such a little character and I'm enjoying every moment of it :0)
